Staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. They will not honor their return policy. Worst of all, the district managers are no better. I was verbally abused over the phone and Darren made promises that he later changed his mind on. They were also verbally abusive in front of my mother and child. Please do yourself a favor and GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE.

Every comment on here is 100% accurate. Girl walked up to me and asked how i was doing before she was reminded by a coworker that it wasnt her turn to pick up a customer. She turned around without a word and walked away as another employee approached me with the exact same routine. Everything felt very artificial from the moment I walked in. The new employee i was now being harassed by got offended because i didn't like the jeans he told me to try on. His face got all red and he was basically yelling saying "thats a $300 pair of jeans, what do you mean you don't like them?". Probably the worst place to buy jeans in the mall, second only to the food court. Ugly jeans, terrible service, ridiculous prices. Do NOT go here.

This store is awful. The employees are arrogant and rude and the service is terrible. I would never go back here or recommend it to anyone. All the brands are available elsewhere often cheaper and with much better service.

They have their customer appreciation going on and they will literally glare at you the entire time and get sassy if you don't like what they've suggested (like you owe them something because they've helped you). Walked out because the customer service was so bad. I can get the same jeans elsewhere with better customer service.
