Costco Wholesale

The return line moved along well because they had 4 persons working. The return process is quick and efficient. The cash line moved quickly too, and I appreciated the second person loading things into the cart. I am a single person, and purchase almost all of my vegetables, most cheeses, almond milk, and salmon here. The prices are very good. Clothing is well priced, good quality, but no change room. My advice: if unlike it, buy it, in all colours you want, and keep the receipt. It may be gone when you go back for more.

Costco is forever busy! Even going at off type hours where most should be at work :) This time it was a Saturday and I was going to return something. I end up giving up on the return as the line was almost out to the parking lot. They attempted to control the line by getting people to place their oversized carts outside of the line and bunching people as close as possible, but it was just super busy. I instead went in and grabbed a few small items, paid quickly and left. When I have more time I will complete my return. Costco has me as a customer, but I do wish they could do something or react quicker to volume.

Good selection but sometimes you find something great and you won't be able to find it again another time. Usually pretty busy and always a lineup. I would say best time to go is early in the morning during the weekdays or Tuesday anytime. Weekends are always the busiest.

Good Costco. Had everything in stock that we were looking for so bonus points. Good location just off of the 410. Parking lot is kind of dodgy as at the entrance no one is sure if the stop signs pertain to them... other than that this is a typical Costco run

Attendant at service desk was nice; no discredit to her but I went on a wild goose chase to Brampton only for them to tell me the Huntington location has 22 of the car batteries I was looking for; clearly the overall computer inventory System is not properly updated. Both locations physically had none on the shelves. I was later told there may be some in the steels (inventory not place on floor/shelf) yet; generally replenish stock after hours. Told waste of my time; system was also down and replacement cold not be done of defective items without receipts. 😡😠😤
