Great cleaning practices, specially during Covid times. I have had several bad experiences at the dentist since I was young, but for the first time in forever I was not only greeted and treated Excellent by all staff Sheryl, Deborah and another assistant: I didn’t catch her name but Dr. Chatah did an amazing job at fixing my broken cosmetic bonding, better job than I had on the other ones. I had no pain and it was pretty quick. I truly recommend this place and definitely coming back!

First of all, beautiful office ! Everyone that I saw today were so nice and professional. The biggest reason it has taken me so long to go to a dentist was the price, and at Heritage it was extremely fair priced. Added bonus, they kept saying how cute my son was, which is what every mom wants to hear ! Thanks so much to the whole team.

This clinic was very good in being, now is horrible ,absolutely horrible customer service I ever experienced. I never ever go back or recommend anyone to go to this clinic. Worse experience

Have visited for a couple of fillings thus far, and Dr Farhangfar did an exceptional job in both instances. Very skilled in creating the bite after completing the fillings, freezing injection technique was excellent, and nearly unnoticeable, and it was a comfortable experience throughout. I've visited a LOT of dentist over the years; Dr Farhangfar is among the very best, and I can strongly recommend this clinic - everyone from the receptionist to the dental assistants to the dentist are friendly, welcoming, and professional. Note that Heritage Valley Dental offers sedation dentistry nitrous oxide, which I prefer.

I love this dental clinic. The place is nice and clean, all the staffs are very friendly and welcoming. I love my hygienists, Deborah. She’s very efficient and she makes me feel like we’re friends. Their pricing is more affordable than the other clinics I’ve been yet they give good quality service.

The best experience I ever had. As soon as I entered the office, I was provided with upmost exceptional customer service which continued to the very last second of my visit. The office is very clean, followed all COVID-19 safety precautions, bright and contained very advanced technology. Dr. Nader and his assistant were amazing with their work; very gentle, calming, explained really well before any procedure has started and informative regarding my dental health and how to continue taking care of them moving forward. I would-like to share my experiences with Heritage Valley Dental.My dentist "Dr. Nader Sharafodinzadeh" was truly expert and kind. He fixed my broken teeth with a very nice crown for that! The staff are very nice and friendly thanks to beautiful building design and wonderful location! I strongly recommend that.

This dentist is amazing! I have had a fear of going to the dentist since childhood but Dr Nader made me feel comfortable and well informed. The front receptionists are kind and helpful. The office itself its bright and clean following all COVID safety precautions. I cannot recommend this office enough!

I had an amazing experience with Heritage Valley Dental. I just filled their contact us page for appointment. less than 5 minutes, I received a call to book the appointment. Sheryl, called to book appointment, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. She got all the information on phone. When I reached at the clinic they were prepared with all the required information about my insurance coverage. They told me very specifically what is covered. Sheryl was very welcoming and pleasant. Debra did X-rays and cleaning. Debra is so friendly, professional . She did a great job. I had fun while I was there-I never thought that dentist appointment could be fun before!! Dr Nader checked all the x-rays and reports, did dental examination. Dr. Nader is very down to earth person, gave me enough time during the consultation. I would recommend Heritage Valley dental to all my friends and colleagues. It is so funny that we are in new neighbourhood, we always have lots of new pamphlets for dental and the other day my son Aryan threw all of them. He said, we have found our dental place and our Doctor. Aryan was there for his filling on the same day. He felt very comfortable. Aryan said : it's the first time after filling I don't feel uneasy. We are extremely pleased as a family with their services. Hopefully once they have thousands of clients, they will continue the same way to keep their clients happy. Good luck!!
