Highly recommend Kassandra to clean your teeth. She is so friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. She is very gentle and very exact. My husband and daughter gets their teeth cleaned by Kassandra too and I hear all good things. The Dentist is also very good too and explains everything in detail and give you a mirror so you know exactly what he is talking about. He is also very gently when I got fillings done so highly recommend Infinity Dental.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Nsair for over 7 years. We have had nothing but good experiences. Him and his staff are exceptional. The receptionists are always very welcoming and there is very little wait time before getting in. All the hygienists are amazing at what they do. We have had Kassandra for several years and she is awesome. Dr. Nsair is very professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. He always takes the time to explain procedures and answer all questions. At a previous dental clinic, I used to get pushed into getting extra services during cleaning or dental work but this is never the case at this dental clinic.

I have had numerous types of dental work done at this facility and the dentists and staff are the best! I am very comfortable coming here which speaks volume for putting you at ease. The pricing is comparable and have never had a problem with working with my insurance company.

This is the best dental clinic in Edmonton, from when you walk in, the girls at reception are so amazing even when you call they are prompt at answering questions and setting up a time for you to come in. Jordan is the best dental hygienists in the city, does a great job and makes me laugh. The dentist is the best in the city, he always makes sure that I am taken care of and never charges me more then he should. if I ever left the city and moved I would still come up to get my dental work done. I would 100 percent recommend this place, it makes you feel like home.

Wow! The receptionist Reese was incredible and so nice to deal with. Also Cassandra did my cleaning, not only was she diligent in her work but it was also painless and I feel like a zillion bucks I had no idea my teeth could look that good she completely transformed my smile. Ill be getting more dental work done here and I will update my review as it gets done but if you need a cleaning come here and ask for her!

Almost 10 years with Dr. Hussein. Cannot express enough about how gentle, calming and compassionate the whole staff is. My first visit was after a ten year hiatus from check-ups for financial reasons. Upon my first visit, he was never judgemental and made me feel comfortable. Received my six fillings and continued on annual check ups. I have a grinding issue and often chip my teeth and Dr.Hussein fills the chips- no questions asked and often free of charge when paired with another service. I feel that the services he provides are a necessity and not to obtain additional business. I’ve also recently completed Invisalign with him and he has been fantastic the whole way through, along with his staff. His staff is long standing- so this shows he runs a good business and is also a good boss.

Everyone here is great, the dentist is gentle and patient with giving freezing, and will ask through out the appointment if your doing okay. I had freezing and three cavities filled in 25 min, I thought he only did one lol. Also my son is 10 and has always been difficult with dentist to the point where we had to get him put out for any work to be done, he would even refuse a teeth cleaning But here he has had a teeth cleaning, xrays and two fillings done! Would highly recommend.

The clinic was clean and bright. Front desk receptionist was pleasant and friendly. The dental hygienist was very professional, pleasant and friendly... She has good people skill. The dentist is knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly. Overall, great people and easy to communicate with... Keep up the good work!!!

my mom had a bad experience with the billing. after being assured every visit that it is covered by her insurance, few weeks after, they called and billed her 7,000 dollars. they even threatened her that it will be forwarded to the collection agency if she wont pay. because my mom insisted that she has 3 different insurance and each covers 1500 dollars of major dental services, they tried to claim it again and acknowledge that it is their staff’s fault. now they are still claiming 3,000 dollars from my mom. her dental issues are not totally fix yet but looks like she needs to pay 3 grand first before they will threaten her again about destroying her credit. my advice is to make sure you are covered before letting them do anything. the staff are not professional in handling these situations too. they will blame the clients to cover their butts. family friends and whole family moved to another dental clinic for better service and now we are happy. i will never recommend this facility.

Excellent clinic. Dentist is awesome and I trust him completely. He explains everything he is doing and makes the procedures as pain free as possible. All staff are very professional and friendly. Highly recommend.
