All storage units are independently alarmed with a supervised and electronic security system. Our heated lockers offer "in slab" radiant hot water heat, allowing for the protection of stored furnishings by supplying controlled and consistent heat to the storage lockers.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. We put our name in as units are hard to get. They called us up and decided to take a 8’ X 20’ container, and also offered 10’ X 20’ inside locker.  It was a bonus to find out about the use of a moving truck for free for first 5 hours. I have been recommending to everybody I know.

By far the best experience I've had with self storage.  Facilities are the most clean, convenient, and secure that I've seen; and prices are exceptionally reasonable.  Just got a letter that my fee is going up a whopping $2 a month - after several years of being a renter there, that's all I've heard from them.  You won't find a better service anywhere else, I'd bet on that.

Of all the secure self storage options in a 30km radius, Imperial Self Storage was easily the most economical. The manager was helpful and efficient and I was on my way.

Upon arriving I found the staff to be very friendly, professional and efficient. I felt very safe with the public health orders and covid measures in place. They had a good variety of moving supplies available and as well a complimentary moving truck for move-ins.  Security is great, there are locked gates with individual access codes that alarm in disarm your individual unit.  And when I checked out of the unit I felt valued and appreciated for my business.

Excellent experience here. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and pleasant.  The lockers and property are kept in clean order.

Sandy is terrific! A well managed facility that is secure and affordable at the same time….almost an oxymoron. Very clean and maintained no matter where you go on the grounds.

Nice storage units, and their moving supplies boxes, tape etc is also good.  My issue is with the staff behind the counter: they are slow, unhelpful and pedantic. It’s impossible to get in to buy 20 boxes without waiting 10 minutes for them to meticulously organize everything, ring you up, etc. Idk what they doing, but I just end up standing there for way too long. Incredibly inefficient process.

I HIGHLY recommenrd this facility.  The security is top notch, the rates are really reasonable and Sandy, in the office, is a jewel to work with.  I almost hated to move my stuff out!  LOL  The  complimentary use of their moving van to move in was a great help as well.  I would never look anywhere else if I need storage space again.

Good clean self-storage. Competitive pricing with good hours. Most places have offices closed on the weekends, but they are open everyday. Easy to access. They do have mouse/rat traps around, but I am not sure if they have an issue with it or its just a precaution who knows what people put in their storage, ignoring the rules.

I just want to say I loved the staff at this facility.  I have stayed with Imperial for couple of years, and actually feel guilty for leaving....go figure.  The facility is well managed and clean.  I always felt secure, and would highly recommend them. Thanks Sandy and Sharon, and all the best !
