Copper Branch restaurant is fancy and I adore how neatly it is decorated. I desired to taste the vegan menu in here from a very long time and it was really worth it. Vegetable Coco-Masala Curry tasted yummy, but plentiful with rice than veggies. The fries were really good and much better than other restaurants. My friend had lentil soup and it was okay, not so great. Try the Gandhi drink, it’s different and you might like it. Overall it was a very different experience for us than trying other cuisines.
Great customer service, the server was very patient with us while we took forever to decide what to order. She was also helpful with her recommendations of what to order. We ended up getting the mushroom burger and the teriyaki burger. Both were delicious but we liked the mushroom burger more. The fries were not the best, I hope they switch from baking to air frying so the fries can be crispy. We got the chocolate milkshake and it was exactly what I had hopped for, tasted a bit like a nestle chocolate milk. We also loved the way the restaurant is set up with especially the swings, it’s a great relaxing nook to hang out and chat for some time.
Have ordered food here numerous times over the last couple of years and their value really has plummeted lately. Understanding that the economy is tough and costs have gone up, there still has to be value in what you’re selling. $17+tax for this is in my opinion the perfect example of poor value for money. The photo does not include the sweet potato cubes for what it’s worth. Please, no issue with raising prices, but when you aren’t really delivering quality on what you’re charging, it starts to burn a little more when things go downhill. Just because it’s vegan doesn’t mean it has to cost an arm and a leg. Please do better :
Went to Copper Branch for a girls lunch, and we enjoyed it. I had their chai almond latte and copper general bowl. Both were delicious. My friends had their chilli poutine and fries poutine, and they both said it was good. The ambiance was nice. Staff was friendly. Would recommend checking this place out if you haven’t already.
All in all, this has been a great experience. I thoroughly enjoyed celebrating and hanging with friends there. Though I'm personally not big on vegan cuisine in general, I think I've changed my mind after this visit for sure. Food has been fantastic, the service was wonderful and I enjoyed the atmosphere.
This is a lovely place to get some healthy vegan food. I tried the Asian Fusion Bowl, which was very good although not super aligned with my personal taste preferences. I also ordered a Revolution smoothie, which had a very interesting and delicious flavour. My main complaint about this place is the price, but sometimes that’s what you have to do for healthy, organic food. I’ll definitely come here again to try some of their other menu items, including their desserts which look wonderful. If you’re in the area, I’d recommend coming here!
Really nice location, cute decor and set up. I love vegan restaurants but I have to give this one 3 stars due to the quantity of food compared to the price. I asked for the carrot protein and only received 1 ball which is smaller than the size of a Timbit. The service was good, the girl answered my questions but I’d rather go to another vegan spot due to the pricing and quantity.
Super customer service, very friendly team, and a good cozy place to spend some quality time. I am not vegan and was bit afraid when one of my friends said that he's vegan and we tried food here! I never thought that vegan food can be this tasty and is healthy as well!
I ordered two Shiitaki Teryaki burgers yesterday and there was no sauceagain just mushrooms and coleslaw so I wrote a review stating the concern. They called me back almost immediately and pleaded for me to take it off and offered me a refund. I said I don’t want a refund and told them this happened to me at least 20x times. Being their #1 costumer they know me by first name basis they said they can give me whatever order I want as some sort of compensation for the bad experience 20x. Feeling their guilt I said okay and decided to place the free order they offered. I go to pick it up and the lady at the front tells me I have to pay for the items that were offered to me for free. I’m appalled at the horrible customer service and the manipulation tactics they use just to avoid bad reviews. It’s unfortunate this business is losing a loyal customer of 4 years. If you’re looking for vegan food and this is your only option like it was for me, be prepared to eat tasteless and dry food that’s 8x the price with low quality ingredients. I recommend you save your money and try another place - or drive the additional 10 minutes to a different restaurant. I’m very disappointed by this restaurant.
Delicious food, I've recommended this place to a few friends and they all loved it too. Whether or not your vegan this is a nice option. The burgers and fries are so good
