Freshii

Very clean restaurant with well trained staff. Staff was polite and knowledgeable and very efficient at preparing the food. Several items on the menu are gluten free which is perfect for a Celiac like me. Current favorites are the bamboo bowl and the butternut squash soup.

When I first visited Freshii, I wasn't sure what to order and the staff was very helpful and polite to me. Their service was excellent, and I had a Teriyaki Twist bowl that was amazing. The quality was top-notch and the taste was fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The personnel operated the restaurant in a very professional manner, keeping it tidy and clean. Would undoubtedly return frequently.

Please change your gloves when you leave from serving food to go in the back and grab supplies. Or use tongs to pick up food and put in the bowls. twice I had to leave because staff are using dirty gloves to pick up food or make a wrap. I left even after paying!!! Very slow service too be prepared to spend atleast 15 mins every time! Food is good but I gave this location enough chances I just can't look pass cleanliness.

Asked for a chicken Teriyaki bowl with quinoa instead of rice, got home and there was no chicken in my bowl. Employee claimed I never said chicken when I called back and told her what happened ....funny enough, It's actually the ONLY thing I ever order when I go to Freshii, so I know what I said!! It's whatever - just won't go back to this location in Brampton.

I will never go at this place anymore since finding a fly in my bowl of salad The worst thing was the person who served me when I bought the salad only said oh how this got in there he picked the fly out and he tossed it into the garbage not even an apology for the mishap

AWFUL PLACE - Avoid…infact please run away. They NEVER follow instructions. I had specifically requested a lot more veggies and less Quinoa. Instead 70% of the dish was quinoa and 30% veggies. I have ordered from them twice and both times I have had this experience. They cheat their customers and places like this shouldn’t be allowed to continue if this is how they treat their customers. Value for customer is not respected.

First time i went there in person. Did not know what I was doing at all. Wish I knew the name of who checked me out bcos he was so patient with me. The protein bowl was A1 as well. All staff were great.

First time in and certainly won't be my last. Had a desire for a nice salad and their selections was vast and enticing. Client service was A1 as I struggled to make my combination I was assured they would meet my needs. Settled on a Cobb salad combo and it was a good choice as I enjoyed every bit of it. Limited indoor seating was available which I took advantage of also.

I’ve gone to many Freshii locations in the past but this one was the worst. I got a tex mex bowl with chicken and something in it made me really sick.

Just bought few mins ago. I noticed there was no sauce, I asked the lady that there's no sauce. She told me it's under, I told her, okay I trust her I didnt want to sound so demanding I went back to work, stir everything to find the sauce, and clearly, there's no sauce. Just very disappointed.
