Coop la Maison verte is a community cooperative which offers ecological solutions for the home, as well as resources on sustainable consumption. We're the first multi-stakeholder environmental cooperative in Canada, as well as a top-notch neighbourhood grocery store, offering a large selection of organic foods including meats, fresh local produce, cheeses, and other pantry staples as well as a large bulk section for zero-waste shopping. I highly recommend shopping here for good locally brewed beer! Excellent selection. I also enjoy the organic, alternative foods that allow me to take a break from the dietary tripe served by the average supermarket. This is a good place to shop.

Support local cooperatives!

Great selection of beer, friendly staff and encourages zero waste.  The one drawback is how expensive it seems to refill your own bottles of soaps and cleansers.  It's not a money saver, but is at least an environment saver.

I shop here on the regular, buying gifts, foods, beers and just handy little, environmentally friendly items that make life easier. I love this place!

I usually buy my coffee here, but lots of great natural products! And it's a cooperative! You have a say.
