Corrupt. Sadly, if I had an option not to enter an Afghan affiliated organisation ever in life, I would choose it. These places are shockingly corrupt, not only the officials but also the random people who enter the environment. Shame on you for you do nothing to make us proud.

I can't believe that the people and the work prosses has turned in 360°c every thing and everyone has change .the people are kind and polite . You will get your problem solved within one day without any appointment. The printer , photo Machine, toilet etc... operating Super first-Class . I'm really Surprised : I gave just 4 stars as rating Becaus there is still not toilet paper in there haha and you have to pay 10€ for any king of attestation.

Compared to how government offices performed inside Afghanistan, the Bonn consulate general is doing a good job

The online System DOESN'T work. Yesterday I had an appointment , I should have gotten an E-Mail in order to send my documents Nothing happened. This is the second time that happens to me , last time I thought no problem I will make a new appointment with a new E-Mail address , but it happens again.  I always check my Spam folders nothing there .  My Passport EXPIRES in few days.  my appointment status remains in WAITING . why don't you fix it ?  You don't answer  the Phone , don't reply to email. SHAME ON YOU.  SHAME ON THIS CORRUPT SYSTEM . SHAME

This is the worst place ever. Wish I could give them -5 Stars. The workers there are so disrespectful and unable to do their job. There is no communication at all. They can't talk german nor english or maybe they just don't want to talk in another language. Even their way of talking in farsi or pashto is so disrespectful. Who are they thinking they are? They can't even do their job correctly. You can't even reach them via telephone. How can I get an appointment when you can't communicate with them! I need a qualified worker who can give me right informations! Are they drinking chai and ignoring the calls? I'm living in germany since 25 years and I was just there because of a passport extension. I also have a german passport but they're denying my extensions because I haven't a Tazkira from Afghanistan. It's an consulate why can't they give me a Tazkira? Why do I have to travel to Afghanistan to get a Tazkira for a passport extension? I have no family nor connections in Afghanistan. Who is paying this? For what do we have a consulate in Bonn? For what are these workers working there? For what do they have a telephone number? Since 7 months I'm trying to get a Tazkira just for a passport extensions! The workers aren't giving you any informations, there have to be another way to get a passport extension! They are doing so wrong with the people. It's not like we're having fun going there and waiting for hours just to get someone who is talking with you for 2 minutes and sending you away without listening to your whole case.  Please get some qualified workers there! My poor afghan brothers and sisters, who have to endure their behaviour. May Allah make this consulate a better place with better workers and a better system. Take an example of the germans, learn from them.  I would be really happy, if someone can help me in my case.

This online system and sending via post will never work for us Afghans. I am very sorry for my self for being an Afghan and for needing a document from this Embassy. The people who should solve the problems via phone, are disrespectful!

never go there! all the staff treat you like a dog! they should be kicked out back to their country!!! never seen like these people  Fils des putes

They do not answer the phone and the Online system also does not work. Its about 11 months I am trying.

Excellent service. A person should go with complete and proper documents, then their will be no issues.
