Food is okay and located inside a mall so very convenient in terms of parking and location. Taste of the food is okay, however, this store closes few times without notice and always says they are doing a renovation but I never see anyone working there or anything done. When the store is closing, they should informed customer on the phone as well I called many times and there is no answering so I visited the store and says on the notice on the window that they are doing renovation but there is no timeline for this. The store should do better job at informing their customers.

Have been here many times due to their convenient location. I usually go shopping in the mall with my 90 years old mom and will have lunch there as well. But their dishes have way too much sauce and salty. Prices are affordable and services ok. Never had I gotten the tips included in my bill. May be they will do that if you request separate bill? I will go there if I shop at the Promenade again with my old mom but will request to have less sauce.

Ate here recently. We ate General Tsao chicken which was excellent, the eggplant with ground pork which was very good and beef brisket lo mein which was so so. The noodles were just boiled and the beef was fatty and chewy. Service was good.

Food was good as usual; however, sometimes it’s hard to get the staffs attention when you want something. Had to wait longer than usual to order. When the food came out it was worth it. The portions are a good size so we had plenty to take home. When you come here you can expect good food but you’ll have wait and service may be slow Though.

We got deep fried squid tentacles, wonton soup and seafood chow mein. It has been a while since we last came here and the quality of everything seemed very sub-par. The squid tentacles were rather soft and not breaded enough, the chow mein was very soggy and the wonton soup was just meh. The restaurant was super quiet for a Saturday afternoon, so the service was good.

I ordered , it is $12.75 before tax. What upsets me is, its quality is much lower than expected for this price as the picture shows. From the phone, you can find that there are not enough vegetables and meat there. Most of them is just rice and most of them is cheap stuff. But its price is $12.75. So upset!!!!!

The atmosphere is comfortable and fairly new. They have an extensive menu and lots of choices. The food is average but quite msg heavy.

A PIECE OF METAL WIRE about the size of a staple was IN MY FOOD! The portion and taste of the food were satisfactory, but the customer service and sanitation were poor. Eat with caution, you don't know what unexpected ingredients will come out of your food. I didn't ask to cancel the food because I had already eaten almost all the food. But I expected to receive an sincere apology with explanation. NONE received. I told the waiter that I wanted to tell the owner about it, but he took the dish and threw it over a pile of dishes instead. Again I tried again in vain to spoke to Cashier, who was sitting at the counter, but she just nodded. No response, no apology. It's clear that staffs don't give single care about customer, even a bit. I would hate to imagine what would have happened if I swallowed it.

This restaurant is located inside the Promenade Shopping Centre. According to our experiences, there do not have too many customers before 12 pm during the weekdays. We went there 2 days ago for brunch. We ordered three dishes including a Lai Wan Style Congee, a Liver Rice Noodle Roll, and a Sweet Cruller Rice Noodle Roll. All food were great and we were well served. Get yourself full here is a good choice before doing your shopping.
