My family have come here since it has opened. It used to be amazing, and within the last year it has gone downhill. There is one waitress who simply does not want to be there, and makes it obvious and could care less about the customers. I understand the food service industry how it can be awful and not the most rewarding job, however you don't know what they customers are going through either. We are going to take a break for awhile. The food is decent, the atmosphere is great, but the wait time to get the food is another story aside from the service. I hope it gets better!

Usually reviews are either for exceptional service, or horrid. This one is leaning to the horrid side. Long story short, at about 70% capacity, it took an hour and 10 minutes to receive our food. After waiting the first hour, we wanted an update on the status of the food; We were told it would be out shortly and that our drinks would be free because of the wait. 10 minutes later our food came out, great! At the end of the night, after we digested for a while, we wanted to leave. It took 20 minutes to get us the bill after we asked 3 times... Again restaurant wasn't busy... So not sure why :/ When the waitress finally came with the bill, she informed us that the manager refuses to honor the free drinks and we were required to pay for them. Not the waitresses fault of course, and I felt bad because the manager probably got mad at her for offering up free drinks for the delay. But as the manager, teach your staff what is and isn't acceptable for the next customer. Don't make your staff, whose making minimum wage, go back on her word. We obviously did not get mad at the waitress. But it was so unprofessional. Not going back anytime soon. *food was good

I don't even know why they got 3.9 stars. Very cheap quality. That was my first and last time. Very very very disappointed.

This place used to be great, but went downhill since they changed management. The meat was burnt and the sauce tasted different, not as sweet, the last two times. We decided to try and give it a shot one more time, but when we arrived they decided to close an hour early just because. Made myself a promise not to go there anymore since.

Great place! Friendly staff and amazing bbq! The assortment platter was a little pricey but worth it.
