Computer Avenue

CA built my PC. After 4 years my power supply overheated because it was installed upside down with no means to ventilate properly. CA refused to make good on a power supply refund even though they originally installed it incorrectly. If anyone had a PC built by CA, get a safety check done by CA, or better yet, another company who knows what they are doing and will stand behind their work -- immediately. This could have ruined by whole PC, and it could happen to you too!

Bought a mother board as well as a cpu for a computer im about to built. I was given the right parts yes but as i was purchasing i was not told that there will be no refund on it. Im pretty sure when all sales are finals, we are suppose to be told about it but nope. I return my part and only got a store credit.

I called to check on availability of a hard drive. I then asked how much the drive was and found that they are quite expensive. I asked if they would do a price match from other online and/or local stores and was told that they do not do price matching. I thought everyone did price matching, this is the only tech business I know of in the city that doesn't match a price. I will probably not buy from them in the future as there is no incentive.

Was one of my favorite computer stores, but unfortunately like CBIT they went out of business! I was there on one of the last days, when even the lights were for sale! Sad to see all the little family shops run into the ground. If they ever opened again I would definitely shop there!

Always a good experience here. Worked here for just under 1 year back in 2013? and they are very professional when it comes to handling all situations. Even tho I was 'let go' I have absolutely nothing bad to say.

I have been a repeat customer and always receive excellent service at very reasonable cost. Especially in the service and repair department. As a business owner I know how hard it is to get good staff, well done! Bill Summers

Terrible service. Went in to ask about my laptop it had a broken hinge. Instead of simply telling me it was something that could not be fixed, the man at the service desk laughed at me and told me the laptop was a plastic piece of garbage to begin with and that was the real problem.

Terrible service. .. never go back. Brought my laptop in for a black screen repair and they did nothing but charge me $55.00. Computer now no longer works but it was at least working before with an external monitor.

Their service work is terrible. They seem to do the least amount of work they can, often leaving critical programs uninstalled, hidden or just NOT working.

Always great to support local business. Great company to deal with. Manager Wayne is so friendly, too.
