Just bought new iPhone 12 mini and spent over $1000 and there is not even a adapter includes to charger in that phone. Sales person even did it bother to explain that this includes modified cable which requires new adopter. It’s so disappointing.

Dont book any genious bar appointment lack of knowledge ,waste of time , rude conversations

Apple Polo Park's Covid-19 response and current customer service is wonderful. I'd even go as far as to say better than previous service. You get a more one on one experience. I never felt rushed and in fact was given the opportunity to interact with the product whenever I liked. Everything was thoroughly cleaned multiple times.

Thought there would be a giant lineup. But it went quick to get through the initial line. Then you get assigned an appointment time. And even better if you know what you want they can reserve it for you and just walk out at your appointment time

This review is for Natasha not apple. Apple iPhone is quite vulnerable with a complicated menu! If it wasn’t because of her professional service I would definitely switch to Samsung which is more economical and practical.
