Common Ground Cafe

I absolutely love this place. I always bring out-of-town guests here. The woodwork is so gorgeous, it feels like you're dining in a luxury treehouse! Prices are very reasonable. Service is always casual and friendly. The food is reliably great quality. Our favorites are the Deli Rose, the Prince Special, their salads, and their smoothies. Their fresh bread is so good. Try their house dressing on a salad or a wrap! And if you're worried about them being a commune-run business or the way they dress, please don't worry! It's such a non-issue that I hate even mentioning it here, but some friends have asked me about it, so I figured I'd address it here. I've been going to this place with family, friends, and even for business since they opened this location many years ago. Not once have they ever suggested speaking about their beliefs unless it was brought up by me or my guests. Even then, they're very casual, humble, and never ever pushy. They've been nothing but kind and welcoming. Please go and enjoy this place! You'll be glad you did.

Absolutely my favorite restaurant/cafe! Good simple food, and the atmosphere is like a Hobbit hole. Love it!

When I was s kid this place during the summer let us go in and have FREE iced tea Which they had so many different flavors. Great atmosphere bathrooms Right on main st. Thank You guys for the memories of Your establishment and how you have kids free drinks... I still remember it..... Overall 5 stars its been years since ive gone in but Was a awesome place to go.. Check I out..
