Café Chew

This place is so very very good. The staff has always been incredibly friendly, regardless of the group of people I bring or the amount of kids. Everyone is treated special and we all feel welcomed. I am shocked by the number of breakfast places on the cape ARE NOT kid friendly. This place is kid friendly. The food all seems to be locally sourced and it is prepared to perfection. This is my favorite spot for food so far on the cape.

Had a terrible experience today eating at cafe chew- will not be back. Came in, stood in line to order, and an older waitress kindly reserved a table for us. She said, "Corner table." By the time we moseyed over to sit down a grotesque white-haired lady had come in a few minutes after us and sneered "That's MY table" and we said it had been reserved. We were moved anyway, she was obese and apparently a regular. Even though signs are posted that 2 people are not suppose to take up a 4-top, she was granted whatever she wanted and we moved. The waitress said nothing. Horrible, horrible favoritism. We were so disgusted we took our lunches to go.

I absolutely love it here! Anytime I am on Cape I make sure to stop in and get a sandwich. There are a lot of options, and you really can't go wrong! Their baked goods are also phenomenal, take one for the road! One of my favorite added touches is they give you Cape Cod potato chips with your sandwich!

Fantastic! I'm on a special food plan and not many places offer plain Greek yogurt and steel cut oatmeal and the best fresh fruit! The people I was with got the best French toast, eggs and bacon not to mention delicious coffee. They also have a huge variety of freshly baked goods.

Great spot for a lovely lunch, right near my family when I visit the cape. We almost always end up going here and really enjoy the food and the atmosphere
