Comedian Mike Bostic stayed here while performing in South Bend and using Ignite Hospitality Services to help book his tour, and loved the stay!! There was a microwave in the room which is really nice to reheat the dinner that often gets cold during the performance. The room was perfect and clean, and there was a free breakfast in the morning! Great hotel property for touring entertainers!

Service was friendly & quick. Room was clean. Had a couple of insects in the room. Didn't flip out but still gross. The continental breakfast was good. Overall the experience was good.

At 3:30am on 9-17-17, Timothy, at the front desk, was wonderful. We had to travel farther than expected, so it had been a long day for us. Timothy was wide awake, ready to do his job and very pleasant. Thank you Timothy, for making 2 very tired people feel welcomed. Marsha Schrader
