Great hotel, swimming pool, hot tub and breakfast. All employees except one were pleasant and easy to work with. The night clerk last night, Chuck, was the rudest, most unhelpful, inconsiderate person I have ever encountered. He should not be working there at all. He refused to give my daughter an extra blanket and proceeded to be extremely unprofessional and downright rude. He should be hauled out of the hotel in a straight jacket. He actually ordered us back to our rooms. I will never stay there again as long as he works there.

The place had a great price and everything was pretty updated. However, there were quite a few cons. The shower by the pool didn't work, there was dried vomit (I'm guessing?) on the toilet that still didn't get cleaned the second day we were there, only one of our room keys worked, when I used a towel to clean up water on the floor in the room it came up brown from all the dirt, and we left a bag of laundry in a laundry bag in our room and it was thrown in the garbage. The staff were all very polite and they did apologize for the laundry. Manager said he would mail me a gift card or reimbursement for the clothes, then never did. The breakfast was excellent.

My time here was great. I had a little staycation and the staff was more than accommodating. We paid for the guest dryer and it broke mid-cycle and they allowed us to use the hotel dryer until the guest dryer was fixed. The front desk staff was more than helpful in several areas. The breakfast lady is such a sweetheart. She tries to be your server when she doesnt have to be. This place beat my expectations by a long shot.

Very comfortable. Nicely decorated. Friendly and helpful staff. Really enjoyed our stay here. Would recommend.

Good customer service. We called ahead to see if we could check in early and they worked with us to not only get in earlier than usual but, to given us a room close to the pool so we would not have far to go. My son was thrilled. The room was clean and well laid out. We will stay there again.
