Comfortable bed, quiet clean spacious room. Hot, to order eggs or pancakes for included breakfast along with the usual yogurt, fruit, make your own waffles. It was chilly but the room heat worked quick and was quiet. Lots of easy free parking. Beer, wine & other drinks for sale in the lobby. Good stop if you’re driving through the area.
Been here on various occasions, just off of the freeway but you wouldn't know it as it's quiet. A pool and hot tub as well as a laundry facility. The rooms here are a decent size, clean and comfortable and the beds were firm. Breakfast was good as there was a cook on duty to cook your food to order. Plenty of coffee by way of a Keurig. Plenty of parking and some electric charging stations. Restaurants within walking distance.
Excellent experience! The hotel is right off I-5 with restaurants, coffee, and fast food places with 24hr drive through all around. Staff was friendly, the room was clean, and they had a chef cook our free breakfast. 5-star for a Best Western.
The lady at the front desk that checked us in on 11/16 at 530 did a great job of making my family feel like they didn't deserve to be there. She was very rude and unkind and threatened to kick us out if our dogs barked more than twice.nNothing like stopping after driving all day and being met with stank attitude by someone who thinks she's better than everyone else.
Stayed here a few times for work the rooms are great. All the staff is great except the front desk girl Ashley leaves alot to be desired. She is rude and complains to other guests about the others staying here. My coworker had a special request for her room and was guaranteed they would accommodate those needs. Ashley I think is here name younger and works days seems to always have a issue the second we come in. From rolling her eyes to sighing like she is being bothered doing her job. Now mind you the requests for my coworkers room aren't unreasonable. She complained to other guests about us and called my coworker names. I think this is very unprofessional. We have complained yet she continues with this disrespect. We enjoy this hotel other then the issues with the one staff member. Hopefully she will receive the training to better herself in customer service.
