We stay at Comfort Inn whenever possible. It is affordable, with quality that we have come to expect. Some are better than others but in general we are quite pleased. The breakfast selection is predictable as is the cleanliness and care of the motels. Our particular room had a smell of wood smoke which played havoc with my allergies. My 86 year old mother was fine with it. We were very close to the dining room which was a big plus for us as mom has limited mobility. If it did not have the smoke in our room, I would have given this a 5.

We stayed for 1 night and forgot something in the room. Came back later the next day and they had the thing we forgot. Thank you so much for your honesty. We figured a 5 star review was the least we could do.

Whole place smelled like disinfectant. Found strands of someone's hair in one of the towels. TV remote was reasonably clean.

We were staying for a wedding on Squam Lake. We found the accommodations to be very functional for the weekend. They breakfast buffet was nice, the rooms were clean, and there is a nearby convenience store for bringing in some basics. Nothing to blow your socks off, but a very nice, reasonable option for the area.

Great room. Good breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausages, breads). Very courteous staff... Great place to stop for the night.
