Family owned and operated with integrity. Do not find that too often at the chains being served by someone who has little concern  or pride in what they do. I have tried nearly all menu items and I come back to the 'take it' tacos and the barbacoa tacos. Messy goodness. I will hit this place up at last once a week when in season and will even get whole smoked chickens! Beats rotisserie chickens hands down.

Idk who left the bad review, but my bet is someone wearing a suit and tie expecting a tidy meal. I stopped there today while waiting on a customer, and holy schnikey! I got the barbacoa and it was amazing. On the messy scale, I'd say it was probably a 7 on a scale of 10, but it was better than Chipotles barbacoa by a long shot. I highly recommend that if you see this food truck, you stop and eat. It was cheaper than a combo meal at McDonalds too!
