I called them at 10AM and they were able to come to our house within a few hours. The men on the truck even called a few times to let us know how the other appointments were going to give us a better time estimate. Upon arrival, they introduced themselves to me and my husband with a smile and a handshake, then promptly removed our old refrigerator down a flight of stairs and out through the elevator. Overall a really great experience, thank you so much!

I was scheduled for item pick up between 8:30a-10:30a today. I received a call at 8:19a informing me that they would be there closer to 11am which was still an ok timetable. At 11:45, I called the 800 number as I had not received an update, and they were now later than originally promised. At 12:30p, I received a call from the driver stating he was 45 minutes away. I placed another call with the hotline at 2:15p asking for an update when I still had not seen or heard from the team. It is now 3:30p and my old bed and bed frame are still in my apartment, and I have not received an update from the driver. My new bed and bed frame were successfully delivered by another company as promised, and in my small space I cannot have both! I chose this company based on the positive reviews, and the fact that they pride themselves on not making you waste an entire day waiting, which I have now done.

Very friendly guys, and impressive job hauling furniture quickly, even out of some pretty tight, winding staircases in the apartment building. It's hard to do, so super kudos to these guys for doing it without fuss, without hitting a wall. Plus, after a week of hauling the rest of my things myself, it was a relief to not have to lift a finger for these last pieces of furniture. Thanks Hunks!

NO SHOW! NO CALL! DO NOT USE! I'd give zero stars if I could. I booked a job online 2 weeks ago. I then called for an estimate and to confirm with a live person that my job was booked. I waited for these guys to arrive (ETA was 10AM-12PM) but got nervous so I called again during the ETA window to confirm if they would be coming and when they would contact me. She told me the driver should call/text soon just prior to arriving. Nope. I never got calls or texts and no one showed up.

TERRIBLE! Not sure his name, but an employee with grey hair opened his truck door right into my car so much it shook when I was sitting in it. I got out and asked if he was going to at least apologize, he said he didn't hit my car. I wouldn't want to hire a company with dishonest employees, the choice is yours, though.
