Chef makes the greatest tuna tartar in town! Amazing place to grab a bite. The atmosphere is very cozy modern and the staff is extremely attentive. Chef Derek does not disappoint with any of his dishes. This is a no brainer, try it for your self!

I enjoy Colette, but I don’t love it. By far my least favourite of the Holt’s in-house restaurants. The food is decent and service is okay. However, the whole vibe, ambiance and how it all comes together leaves something little to be desired. I’ll eat here if I’m hungry while shopping, but I won’t go out of my way to dine here.

Had a Steak recently with my work collegue. It was excellent. I highly recommend it. The menu is great! The Staff is pleasant and food is always on point! 10/10

Went on a sunday for brunch. Food was quite good but overpriced. Not very fancy but adequate. Make a reservation its super busy.
