Cool late night spot. The food is fresh & shisha is okay. Service is a bit slow though

Table service is disregarded inside this place. Once you join a group of people inside you really need to chase the waiter in order to place your order. Moreover, the kitchen was closed till 3:45PM and for the drinks also you only could have soft drinks or hot drinks only no milkshakes no juice. The shisha is good but not the best you can have.

Place is great for shisha.  However the wait times for food can be pretty long, and the place feels like an oven. They also charge you for water which is rediculious considering how hot it is in there.  Would be a 5 star if wait times were faster and if the temperature was livable.

Customer experience has improved a lot over the years. I recently visited and the owner was more more welcoming than he usually is.  The shisha is great and their Lulu drink is the best!

Honestly a regular there, however, never been so disrespected in my life as a consumer. First time ever writing a review because I don’t really like to say negative things about someone’s hard working business. I’m usually a neutral person and like to keep things simple.. no fighting, argument, etc. My friends and I wanted to smoke like usual, the waiter started off ok, took 23min to bring our shisha. My friend ordered a meal, never got it. Others ordered drinks, never got them. About 30mins after the shisha has arrived the waiter shows up and says “if you guys dont order more we are going to kick you out”, I let it slide was very busy, waiter most’ve forgotten that we ordered.  The waiter was a little drunk, starts making a scene, takes away our shishas, ends up pointing fingers to fight some of my friends.  I’m a very calm person , therefore wanted to calm the situation but the waiter started to point at me as well and acted a little out of hand... calls the owner. The owner apologizes and we continue on with a different waiter... a perfect friday night after a long week was wasted from a single individual that had consumed alcohol and was ignorent to others.  Good shisha place..

Took 25 mins to get my food, but then 40 minutes for my friends salad did they have to grow it first?. I had to constantly chase after the waiter, he never came to our table. Wouldn't let us drink water at the table, had to go down to the bar whenever I was thirsty. After having such terrible service, I decided not to tip and the waiter said he made a mistake and added his tip on. Never going back, never recommending this place to anyone. I don't know how they're still around if this is how they treat people, I've never had such horrible service before.

As always the shisha and tea were spectacular - and now the service is finally just as awesome!!! Back in the day you had to HUNT for service - not anymore! Now the service is even superior to most places! I have encountered two wait staff who are VERY perceptive to your needs!  Now the shisha is as awesome as the food is as awesome as the service! Come on by this place is awesome!!!  Keep up the good work guys!

This place is easily one of the oldest shisha establishments in the city. Price point wise compared to the couple of places just around it, the shisha here is cheapest with the option to replace the head for a low price. The wait times can be a bit long, more often than not it just seems like they need an extra pair of hands. That being said, recently there's been a noticeable change in the wait times for the better.  Ladies restroom is always clean. It's a shisha joint in downtown Montreal. You'll see a lot of students around but that being said, this place has good clientele, no shady folks or anything like that. It's a very popular study spot during the day, it's pretty quiet until around 7-8. Then they turn up the music and generally the place gets crowded. Their lemon with Mint juice is awesome and the food is really good. Bring cash.  Here's the thing, qualms aside sometimes slow service and cash this place is unchanging. You'll always get the same shisha quality which imo is decent, the crowd will be younng adults, quiet in the day and louder at night, and the space is huge. With shisha joints, consistency is key. I've shown up when they opened and witnessed the employee give all the tablesand chairs a proper wipe down.  Place that's established and consistent. I've tried other spots and they're either overpriced, extremely inconsistent on quality, opening etc or just not good. I've spent whole afternoons here either playing games on my computer or just doing school work.

I give them 4 stars only because sometimes the waitress are acting weird at the time of payment. HOWVER it’s the best shisha place in dtown. The music the shisha and the FOOD are so gooood !! 100% recommend
