The food is great and relatively well price but there is a lady there that seems to have the hardest time hearing & get orders right. Plus, her food handling skills are sub-par & it's made me concerned.

Did a great job for our wedding cake but last year they messed up our Christmas cookie order. They sent me 5$ for the hassle and for shorting us cookies. Yet again they messed up.  Won't be getting anything from them anymore... 1 out of the 3 orders were right. REALLY?!?!
