The real deal. Traditional small-town bakery that edgy Twin Cities shops can only hope to emulate. No bacon-maple, no sriracha-curry, but the best glazed, long johns, turnovers, bismarcks, etc. in Minnesota. Flaky, fluffy in all the right ways. And priced right. Also cookies and breads.

This place is worth stopping at on your way through beautiful tourist destination... Melrose, MN. Seriously though, all you Twin Cities folks going up to the lake through Melrose, stop here. It's worth it!
