I have been to a number of stylists in cities around North America, and Marco's work is amongst the best I have enjoyed, and at reasonable prices. He relocated last year to a spot not far from the Laurier metro, which is convenient for me and many, but honestly his haircuts would be worth me going out of my way. When you visit Marco for a haircut, you will find one of the most attentive and skilled hair professionals you are likely to visit. He took his time and gave me a cut that was styled specifically to my needs. I only provided some general guidelines about what I wanted, but he intuitively made the cut an even better version. An added bonus is that time spent with Marco is enjoyable! He is an affable person and a great host with a nice sense of hospitality. His salon was a relaxing and fun space to spend some time as I got my haircut.

Absolutely love Coifferie Paradiso! Marco is a skilled barber and the classic movies projected on the wall gives it a personal touch. Prices are good. While a little pricier than your average barber Paradiso offers more stylish looks that could cost twice as much elsewhere. Plus a student discount is much appreciated. If you get the chance try the hot towel shave. At 30 bucks it's definitely more of an occasional service than anything but it's a very pleasant, very relaxing experience nonetheless. Overall great for guys looking for high end haircuts and more reasonable prices.

I regularly come here to freshen up my haircut and always leave very pleased with the service. The staff are so friendly, offering complimentary drinks and paying close attention to hairstyle requests. I love the classic cinema-style decor too! For my last visit I was looking to update my style, and Marco was very attentive. He gave me a wonderful new haircut that I'm extremely happy with. I look forward to coming back in a few weeks to maintain the cut and will continue to do so. Great staff, atmosphere and value for money!

Great experience! I loved the atmosphere of the place right from the beginning, with a kind note at the door asking you to take your shoes off (this is likely only in effect during the winter). The decor was crisp, clean, classic, and classy, all at the same time. After a complimentary coffee I sat down with Steve, who is a very personable barber passionate about the traditional ways of his craft. He was very attentive of what sort of look I was hoping for, and made thoughtful suggestions. He is very skilled and knowledgable in what he does. In the end I got a shampoo, haircut and shave, and I now look like a new man! I'm very impressed with the outcome, and will definitely be going back again!

I had my beard trimmed up and a haircut given by a REAL BARBER using top quality products. I got advice on how to actually take care of my facial hair, a bit of a history lesson on the safety razor (the ones your grandpa used) and had a very pleasant conversation. If you want a great barbershop experience, try this place.
