Terrible Salon...use extreme caution. Like Connor, I too was told they couldn't find my booking. I was able to rebook with a really nice stylist...however, the story doesn't end here. I bought a Groupon for a colour, conditioning and cut package. After the stylist started to colour my hair, they began to tell me that I would have to pay extra as there was a mistake on the voucher. Thinking, "well what choice do I have now" I asked what the additional cost would be and said fine. In the end, not only was I charged almost double than what was quoted, but the stylist started to colour my hair without a cape and towel realizing what was missing only after the manager pointed it out to them. The stylist also got colour all over my face and started scrubbing it with this smelly chemical solution to remove the colour without even asking me first, then proceeded to scrub the floor with the same solution! The cut was just as awful. As I went to pay for the unexpected additional cost, the ladies at reception weren't welcoming at all and there was definitely no friendly chit chat which was fine with me because I just wanted to get out of there as fast as I could. I will never ever go back nor recommend this place to anyone.

I was very disappointed in the service I received after buying a recent Groupon offer. I booked an appointment a few days prior, but was told on arrival that they couldn't find my booking. The stylist they eventually found to serve me was visibly annoyed at my unexpected arrival. The job she did seemed brusque but acceptable until I got home and found that she had missed long and uneven pieces that look ridiculous. I would not go back.

The worst place in Montreal. I went there twice because it is close to my home. Both times I got an awful haircut, even worse service. The last time, the haircut was actually painful as the girl was pulling my hair out viciously

Pour ceux qui n'aiment pas planifier leur rendez-vous à l'avance... Il y a presque toujours de la place pour un rendez-vous de dernière minute.
