Before I talk about my negative experiences, I will say their assortment of bagels and cream cheeses are delicious. Also, this isn't just one experience. I have gone to the Coffee Break Cafe many times and I've had about a dozen issues. The only reason I go back is because of how local it is to my work, and the delicious bagels. My multiple issues stem from the staff itself. I have given coffee break many opportunities but the customer service is almost always terrible. They hardly pay any attention and I am always repeating myself. They do not follow the directions I give, and give me the wrong cream cheese/bagels. They would rather have conversations among themselves, then make sure I an served properly. Overall, the staff present a constant issue, and I hope to see it rectified soon.
Small place but the coffee is good. The staff were friendly. I'd go back. Shiukd I review the coffee next time?
Good coffee and chill atmosphere. The servers are always friendly and professional. What I like about the Coffee Break crew, they take their time to help you pick the right drink for you. I recommend salted caramel mocha latte
Very happy with Coffee Break. Excellent customer service and I typically get the peanut butter mocha, and it is out of this world delicious. They recommended the chilled version on this hot day and boy, it was thoroughly satiating. Also, I absolutely adore the messages they put on their cups; I got 'peace' this time.
Fantastic place in the neighborhood. I love their flavors of the month, or just their core choices. Always attentive staff. Great place to spend some time when it’s not Covid season.
Perfectly good coffee. Friendly service. I like that they ask you how you want it. I'm also a big fan of a coffee shop where the barista doesn't look at me like I'm crazy when I asked her to melt the sugar with hot coffee before she puts it into my iced coffee. A little on the expensive side.
I'm a regular here and they have grreat coffee! Bagels with their homemade cream cheese is pretty good too. Fast service. Friendly. Highly recommend!
Coffee was excellent as was the service... But wish they had a bit more to offer, like maybe an egg n cheese sandwich, rather than 20 flavors of coffee.
Love this little coffee shop! Amazing selection of unique flavors and lots of grab and go breakfast items!
Love the place to grab an ice coffee when I go through this street.
