Very good prices and excellent selection of European primarily Polish groceries and merchandise. Very helpful staff if you have questions or need any help. Nuace hit foods section, deli and cakes or other desserts.
Terrible customer service. My husband went in to purchase a birthday cake for his father, and the lady behind the counter was so rude. She began speaking another language which my husband didn't understand. When he had questions, she was very blunt and made him feel out of place. He ended up telling her to keep the cake and walked out.
I went to this establishment on a Saturday evening before work to order a cooked meat from the cold table; I was in a rush so I rang the bell for assistance. 2 old, bleached blond, tired and miserable looking hags who were behind the cold tables totally ignored me and was casually doing other things while I stood there for 4 minutes waiting to be served I was the only customer waiting to be served A young lady who was stocking shelves in the isle saw me standing there and came to assist. I gave 2 stars because the young lady came to help me and the food was good.
We are currently traveling through Ontario and happened on this store by chance. They have an amazing bakery which deserves more exposure. Fresh baked cheesecake in so many flavors- it was hard to limit ourselves. Good looking deli and hot meal counter too.
I visit this store frequently, they have a great selection of European food products, I visit mostly for the fresh baked bread which they don't have a wide selection of, but from what do have, we love the buns which they bake frequently throughout the day, and I do get them still hot most of the times I go.
They are going down hill. 2 years ago they had hair in the beat salad. Today I put back one tiny peice of fish 5 bucks no thanks. Not very clean. Not very friendly. Before covid they were great. Not expensive.
Rude customer service! We were in today and it was an empty store. We were told to go at the beginning of the line for deli no one was there. Then questioned our choice of deli we knew what we wanted and why but were questioned as the figured we are not Polish I guess.
poor customer service, some of the staff practically ignore you unless you're polish. it took a long time to get my cake because the lady at the counter older blonde lady helped the people behind me who spoke polish but completely ignored me when i was clearly standing in line and the first
Pickled mushrooms was what I went in for. Left with a big jar of them and some sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, and and more. This place has everything you need, friendly staff and an amazing selection of fresh and preserved deli delights!
I've have purchased cabbage rolls twice from Euromax and they were totally sour no sauce on them.I surely don't recommend this place .go to store in Milton on main st 100 times better
