Cobourg Paint & Wallpaper

Super helpful and friendly. When I was only able to get to the store 15 minutes before close, they took the time to make sure I got everything I needed. I didn't feel rushed. I don't have too much experience painting and the owner took the time to help me with all the questions I had, even though it was past close. They provided the tips I needed to know what to expect during my project and it turned out great. I never thought it would turn out so well being a novice painter, and I truly think it was because of the knowledge I gained from the owners. Thank you so so much for taking the time to make sure I had the confidence I needed. You cannot find this kind of service and flexibility at box stores.

I had a great deal of difficulty getting boarders for my home. This store gave me exceptional service when I went there. They were very helpful and even kept there store open for a few extra moments when I was looking through one of their books. My new renovations are beautiful. I would continue to use this store.

Horrible customer service. Staff did not seal the lid of my paint can and paint ended up everywhere in my basement, destroying personal items and my basement floor/ walls. When I called to update them of the situation and try to prevent this from happening again, they said this is a common occurrence and happens often to customers! No apologies or replacement/ refund. I will not be spending another cent here. Word of advice, use a hammer to seal those paint cans and ensure they are tight before you give them to customers. I would hate to see this happen to someone else.

This is a great paint store! I have used Benjamin Moore paint for many years in Toronto due to its quality. So when I moved to Cobourg recently, I started going here for my paint. The client service is great! They carry a wide range of products even though this is a relatively small shop. And I can park right outside the front door. Well done!

We have always had excellent service and have used Cobourg Paint and Wallpaper for years. We were also very satisfied with the purchase and installation of a blind.

I had a small, fussy paint job to do with rather exacting requirements, and Cobourg Paint & Wallpaper took the time to make sure I got what I needed, even though it was a small, inconsequential order that was probably more trouble than it was worth, as they say..
