Great banking institution. Been using the Chilliwack branch for over 10 years and have nothing but good to say about them. Recently I had to do some banking in Kelowna and had the same great experience.

Good location. Has an ICBC and insurance agent right next to it, which is the same company. Friendly staff.

Past experience with this bank was great. Not so with the Harvey branch. They tell you what you want to hear at the time then don't bother getting back to you. I actually had to phone 3 times over 3 weeks when I was originally told "about a week" was when they would get back to me. Additionally they knew I had switched my direct deposit over for my paycheck and was on a time frame. Next day off I will be taking my banking business elsewhere.

I can't believe it. I drove 45 minutes to get to this bank and it is closed on Mondays! What kind of bank closes on Mondays? Not my kind a bank.
