What A fabulous store you get the right service and they know there periodic and the leather very well I've been there and the one in north conway and I will go always go back. Great service to the workers keep up the great work WOW.

Store manager fails to acknowledge they are wrong and client is right. Big bucks store staff with big ego. If its your return policy as you say, why is it not written in your return policy. Gave my telephone number and my postal code for a return. Cashier insisted I must provide my full home address, otherwise refund wont be processed. I told her that's absurd there is no mention of providing full home address in return policy. She talked to her supervisor and repeated it is mentioned in return policy on the receipt. So I read the return policy infront of her which mentions only about requiring "original receipt and method of payment" . She called the store manager who also insisted about return policy for collecting home address. She refused to accept what's written on receipt and said "I will do an exception for you but it's our policy". Well your words of mouth is not written anywhere on return policy of the receipt.
