This store is more class and much more calming than their MK neighbour. The staff didn’t throw looks when I entered unlike from MK. Didn’t talk to them so I don’t know if the staff are nice but they left me alone taking pictures and videos of the items. It was a positive and relaxing atmosphere. I but from them online but not in the store. The products are great quality and last a long time.

Worst Customer Service Experience – Mirabel OutletnnI had an extremely disappointing experience at the Mirabel outlet location.nnI purchased a belt online, and when I went in-store to exchange it simply because it didn’t fit, the manager immediately assumed that we had altered the item. That accusation was completely unfounded — the belt had just been purchased and only tried on. It was never modified in any way.nnInstead of handling the situation professionally, she told us to call customer service to process the exchange. We did exactly that, only to be told by customer service that the online and in-store systems do not connect and that exchanges cannot be done in-store. We were informed that the only option was to initiate a return by mail.nnThis entire process wasted 45 minutes of our time for absolutely nothing.nnTo make matters worse, the store was completely empty — yet there were around 10 staff members present. None of them seemed to know what to do and continuously referred everything back to the manager. After we personally called customer service and got clarity, the manager suddenly disappeared instead of addressing the situation directly.nnUnprofessional, disorganized, and accusatory behavior from management. I would strongly advise avoiding this location if you value your time.nnWorst customer service experience.

I buy for 2 000$ worth of product every year and I never once doubted their quality but this time I bought their shoes. I buy them in winter time to wear them for the summer. Now I wore them for the first time and they make a squeaky sound every time I walk a step. I take a look under my shoe and I see one looks like it’s been worn out and the other one isn’t. My girlfriend wears only coach too but honestly I waited all winter to wear those shoes and I am deceived. Specially when the shoes costed 300$.nnI feel that this isn’t the usual quality they sell but it really upsets me that I can’t wear them because of the sound they make.

The worker there give deceptive information. I’m leaving my address next week for a long time so I need to get a product within several days. The worker there told me it takes maximum three days to ship to my address which is not the case and takes actually 7-9 business days. COACH do not have express shipping and they refuse to offer any compensation for my inconvenience. Plus, the product I was buying have no discount at all at Outlet.
