Little Burgundy

Rude staff. My husband and I were both helped by a young girl with curly/frizzy hair with a tank top. She was Rude, had an attitude and very incompetent. Out of everyone in the whole shopping center, she's the only one who couldn't speak a little English. Let alone, she couldn't try to speak. No, she' didn't want to. My husband doesn't speak much French and she was just answering him in French. She's petite and young.

Incompetent and immature staff. Unaware of policies. Already filed a complaint with head office and consumer protection. Hey how about next time you listen to your customers when they talk instead of giggling all together all while not following consumer laws.

J'ai rencontré une conseillère fantastique qui connaît très bien c'est produit et qui de plus a réussi à me vendre des sandales que je n'aurais jamais penser acheter non par son talent de vendeuse mais par sa connaissance du produit , merci c'est clair que je vais retourner vous voir.

Personnels incompétents dans ce magasin. J'ai demandé s'ils sont capables de vérifier pour moi la disponibilité du produit dans un autre magasin. Ils me disent qu'ils ne sont pas capables de faire. Pourtant, je l'ai pu le faire facilement dans le magasin au Fairview Point- Claire le lendemain.
