Shopped here on black Friday 2022 and it was a little slow. Didn't find what I want. But the shopping experience was okay.

Love this brand and store I grow up on this brand you should shop more during sale

Personally I do my purchase from Mirabel branch the staff are friendly and welcoming every time, specially Isabelle and Viken . Always found the good deal, just one thing, please get the bigger place , it will be more suitable for Lacost brand. Thanks guys

Place is clean, service is good and friendly. During pandemic customer number is limited, however, experience remains at a good level

Terrible customer service. I buy 2 polos, then I want to return them, only to find out that this store does not accept returns. No one advised me about this when I paid. The cashier tells me It’s “written on the bill”.....yes, the bill that is printed after a payment goes through...... I submitted a complaint at Lacoste head office with the name of the cashier and the details of the purchase. Lacoste factory stores STEAL your money and then force you to spend at their store after they only offer you a store credit. So now I’m stuck with a significant store credit when nothing at this store fits me. I HATE THIS BRAND.

The price is very good. The staff are nice and funny, just on suggestion, they should get a bigger place with more stock.
