MaxMara

This store was great when it opened, but the quantity and quality of its stock has deteriorated. Unless marked down to 70% off, the prices are often higher than what one would find at sale time at department stores or on the Max Mara web site itself, on sale. All sales are final. Staff works on commission, so if they don't think that you are a high roller, you are ignored. I once had to help myself while 3 staff chatted amongst themselves, with no one else in the store. However, if they think that you will spend a lot of money, they fight over who you "belong" to. Once you have been "tagged" by one sales person as being "their client", no one else will help you. Lastly, they offer a special discount for Chinese New Years, but for no special discount for other cultures.. Italian, Greek, etc. I find this to be racist.
