I had a very pleasant experience at Luggage Unlimited. I doubt that most of the very negative reviews left on both locations are true. I had the opportunity to observe as the clerk patiently helped an elderly lady with her lock. She did not give up until she had set the correct combination. She was kind, patient and knowledgeable. I had been to the store earlier and asked a couple questions as I was looking for some higher quality luggage. The clerk was very pleasant, and I doubt they would ever present as people have reported below. In the end, I came back not only because of the lugagge but because of the service that I received here. Lugagge is not something that ones buy often, but if I need some, you can be sure that I would return here. P.S. To all people complaining about warranty and damage, you can file a complaint with the airline upon picking up your lugagge and they may work with you to fix or replace you damage piece. Otherwise, make sure to save your manufacturer's limited warranty proof, it will have all necessary info. This is not store duty :

I bought some luggage at Luggage Unlimited in Edmonton in September 2021. I took the luggage on a trip in February and it literally fell apart. It is totally unusable. I phoned Luggage Unlimited and they weren't interested in helping me at all. In fact, they hung up on me when I asked for help to contact the manufacturer. Luggage Unlimited does not provide service or warrantee on luggage. They are willing to sell junk but unwilling to provide service when that junk falls apart. Do NOT buy luggage at Luggage Unlimited if you want quality or service.

This store is completely dishonest. They stated that the bag I purchased had a five year comprehensive warranty. One trip later when the wheel got broken due bad manufacturing. They declared it airline damage and declined the warranty saying it happened during travel. Of course it did, so I guess there really is no warranty ever!

Exactly what I needed. The knowledgable and professional salesperson answered my questions and was very patient. I did not feel frustrated, rushed, or pressured when taking time to choose the perfect new wallet for my father-in-law-from-my-mother-in-law for Christmas. I was willing to pay considerably more for this gift but it wasn't necessary. I was also assured that if the wallet turned out not to be acceptable, I could come back the next day Christmas Eve to exchange it.

Worst customer service. Very unprofessional and rude. They said we had 5 year warranty when we bought 2 luggage from there and the handle broke within the 1st trip and they were saying it's an airline damage even though it had broken before we even took it to our trip. All we said was why they say theres warranty when they clearly lying and just as we were leaving the store, the sales clerk was swearing at us and giving us the finger.

Very happy with the service, spoke with the owner who was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find the right piece of luggage. Competitive prices and great selection! I will be back.

This store is a rip off, I bought an item even that it wasn’t the style that I was looking for I got it anyway. In Canada you can return an Item in 99% of the stores if merchandise bough hasn’t been used and has the tags. But this store doesn’t. They don't tell you when you are buying or paying but soon you come back they say that the receipt does say. I would not recommend this store. There are other stores with better service and you can return it if you fine something else.

Dealt with the owner and he was great! Very knowledgeable and helpful.
