Co-op Gas Bar and Car Wash

The assistant manager’s face would crack if she smiled, no pr at all, terrible customer service at all, we have been there many times and she is terrible. Then person at the icecream counter again no PR, looks as if she hates her job and doesn’t want to be there, needless to say we are done with the coop. Noooooo Thankyou. This happened for the last time Aug 24/2022 mid afternoon.

Never going here again, do not appreciate being yelled at. I avoided co-op for months after an earlier incident and I’m barely back at this location and I’m yelled at because she thought I gave the wrong pump number.

You have a very loud outspoken employee who pumps gas here. He is an older male and he makes my wife very uncomfortable when we come here. We've actually been avoiding this location because of him in particular. He broke the plastic connecting piece that holds our twist off gas cap to the car and he slams it everytime to close it. He makes rude gestures implying that he deserves a tip for his job. He is getting paid an hourly wage, not working a trade or getting paid commission. He doesn't handle any cash. In a position like this that is pretty inappropriate.

The pump attendants are pretty quick, don't say much, rarely offer to clean your windshield. Store is clean, well stocked. Cashiers are not that friendly, not unusual to get one that is a bit unpleasant. Car wash is coin operated. Not a student friendly store. Update: Service was getting better, but it is really bad inside the store now. Cashiers just stand around doing nothing when there is a line of customers and are quite rude in some cases. And pump attendants are slow to serve you, taking their time with whatever they’re doing.

So I have had some rude service at this location but the last time was a little better. As she said have a nice day which was not what you normally find at this location. They in generally looking back over the last 10 visits have on average been under trained and lack basic customer service at the till not the gas attendants.. Maybe if you high older people this would help ones the remember good and friendly customer service ? In short other then my last trip when I was served by a young girl that was friendly I have been very disappointed and will not get gas here anymore only go for the car wash now but go other places first. My husband also got this bad treatment and did complain said they would revisit customer service but no follow up

May 28th today I came in and the older male employee with long grey hair and a cap said "regular fill". I said no, premium fill please. He proceeded to pump regular into my car AND he asks for tips. No other gas attendant does this. How can this man still be employed here??? He does this ALL THE TIME.

Refused my gift card for the 3rd time and forced me to use another payment method rather than credit me. Pump 12 self serve will literally turn your skin black if your skin comes into contact with it. This has been brought up with management more than once and they haven't cleaned it. The old bald male employee seems to have a jealousy problem too. If I bring one of my sports cars to the car wash, he threatens to kick me out for exceeding my time limit every time. I have timed myself before even being the last one in and he will still try to kick me out every time. If I take my daily driver he doesn't even notice me. They also broke a gas cap cover on one of my vehicles, refused to review footage to prove it was their employee, and they filled my car with 90 dollars of gas when I asked for 20 and made me pay otherwise they would call the police. All true stories at this broken little gas station.

Just have enough of this guys today.second time the people pumping the gas was so rude and no manners. So unprofessional he pump gas more than i said when in fact i told him twice how much..end up he was the one mad. Dont want to make a scene but enough is enough.so disrespectful even in the presence of the manager. Last weekend we came to wash and the door wont open eventhough theres 3 bays empty.my wife has to go talk to the attendant but he just stand in the pump station looking at us for more than 10min with no one to pump gas.end up i have to open the door manually with the button inside...bad customer service.i am a coop member but im not proud of it.

I have been using this co op for over a decade. I can safely say the customer service and products provided have been amazing and consistent through the years. The pump attendants are my favourite as no matter what the season and weather ... they are there doing a phenomenal job with their customer service!!!

Terrible 20 minute process to get gas. Stopped for gas and a wash. Pulled up to a pump that doesn't pump regular. No sign of course. Moved the car. No pay at pump. Turns out the car wash was closed but there was no sign outside to indicate that. They took my payment, gave me a receipt, and had to chase me out to the lot because my payment didn't go thru. Then had to go to the next coop for a wash. Archaic... Great if you've got all day and like to run around like you're in a clown show
