Destiny helped my sister get a fancy new phone at a great price on our plan. She took the time to help set up the new phone and make sure my sister was comfortable with it. Great job!

I was promised a bill credit when switching over. 1.5 years later, still no bill credit. For 1.5 years I called in to Rogers multiple times and went into the store multiple times as well, and neither are any help. One tells me one thing that needs to be done, the other tells me something else. Would not recommend to anyone and can't wait to switch closer to when my contract expires.

Staff are friendly, but unless you're buying and setting up a new phone they can't really help you. You're better off talking to someone from Rogers over the phone.
