Staples Steinbach

I use the print and copy service weekly and often have special requests to complete my projects. Val and Amber help me often and are wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable and fast. Greatly appreciate they're hard work.

This place is one of the best tech/office supply stores in Steinbach. Some of the items are a bit on the expensive side but overall pretty good.

Do not use their scanning service. Go elsewhere like UPS. I went in today and asked to scan a 1 page document to my email. You are required to input your credit card or get a prepaid copy card and you are charged 30c per minute with a clear note that if you require staff assistance you will also be charged for that time. They have detailed instructions on how to scan so I read them 1st before starting up. Sadly the instructions are wrong so you have to ask staff to help, staff admitted today that they are wrong. Then the process that the staff led me through today didn't work - it didn't scan until multiple attempts and an alternate method being used: staff has to give me their own staff USB stick. All that time I had to pay for and they didnt take responsibility for the two above mentioned mistakes on their part. Good store in other ways, but for scanning save your time and money and don't go through what I had to today.
