I stopped in to get gas on Sept 23rd. All of the young ladies-from the one pumping gas to the counter clerk greeted me with Good Morning and Have a good day.  The lady at the counter explained a newer rewards program to me that I wasn’t aware of. I left this business feeling very welcomed and appreciated as a client. Excellent experience!

I'm always so impressed when I come for interior car washes. The staff are so friendly and they do such a great job.  And the staff inside are so friendly while I wait for my vehicle to be cleaned!

I love using the wand wash. My truck has to be spotless all the time, but there have been a few occasions where things didn't go as planned.  A few months ago, half way through washing my truck the washer hose exploded.  I was wrapped around the dang thing trying to break free while getting soaked. I finally managed to stop the chaos.  I went inside to tell the attendant what happened.  Standing there dripping wet.. Makeup running down my face I asked "Can I please go into another bay to finish my truck?".  The attendant replied "Yes of course. I will start the timer when you get out there."  Really? You couldn't offer to give me 2 minutes to finish my truck? Not that I would have accepted.. An offer goes a long way.  The attendant saw that I was soaking wet, but didn't offer me a rag or anything to dry off with Lmao. My leather jacket was ruined.  I drove off with a half washed, half dirty truck lol A funny story to tell.  I told my Husband when he got home from work, but he didn't find it funny at all. He contacted SHELL management through email.  They reviewed the surveillance tapes and saw that I wasn't lying. The Manager gave me 4, $8.00 car washes.  A few weeks ago I was washing my truck. I went to use wax, but the settings were too high. It was like someone poured milk all over my truck.  I had to spend extra time/money to rinse it all off. I told the attendants inside, so hopefully they fixed it.  Regardless of the mishaps, it's still my favorite place to go to wash my baby “Betty The Bruiser Nugs”

Great car wash but they need to change the prices so that it's CHEAPER when there are no attendants in there! Why is it the same price for half the service? ‍ my only criticism
