I’m happy I have a new spot for indoor golf on winter! First of all, Umi and Tina are awesome! Will take good care of you! Super nice and makes you feel welcome! The facility is using RG system, something new for me but what’s best is that this system have Augusta National yes the Masters Augusta on their course and its available on any of the bays! More north america courses coming but yea its something definitely to see and try! Will definitely be back! Thank you Umi!!
Really enjoying this spot. Clean, Sims work well. Ball is automatically feed to the tee, so that's a massive plus. No bending if you're old and busted lol!!! Would love more specials or coupons to compete with others, but pick and choose a good spot for winter practice, spring training!
Great indoor golf simulator place where you can have full on golf rounds, driving range practice, putting, etc. indoors with an awesome auto-tee system. The facility is fully automated so there's no employees on site. One washroom on site. The auto-tee system allows you to hit pretty quick in succession without ever having to waste time and energy or risk bank pain, lol bending down and teeing up the next ball to hit. Sessions are booked online in 15-minute chunks. There's a snack bar which works on an honour system where you scan a QR-code on the wall and pay online for the snack/drink you want to purchase. Owners are available for help via their cellphone and are friendly/helpful if there's ever any issues. The place is A/C'd and is pretty clean inside. There's plenty of free parking in the plaza out front. Golf balls are provided but clubs ARE NOT bring your own. The door will allow access to you 15-mins prior to your booking slot I believe and the screen will automatically turn on for your session at the time of your booking and automatically turn off once your booking session timeslot ends. There's 6 bays available for use: -Bays 1-3 are Right Hand only. -Bay 4 is Right Hand AND Left Hand. -Bay 5 is a 'private room' more expensive Right Hand AND Left Hand. -Bay 6 is also a 'private room' more expensive and only Right Hand. Book accordingly. They offer coupons pretty regularly which saves a lot of money. They also offer a referral program so you can get even more coupons. They even offer private golf lessons if you'd like that.

*update March 2023* Wanted to give this establishment another try because the first visit didn't go so well. - Friend had a lot of difficulty signing up for new account. Called customer service during hours listed and he sounded like he was still sleeping. - Friend thought booking was confirmed but didn't receive key so customer service let him in - Tried to log into the Run Golf software through the WeChat app and it still did not work - Eventually, customer service called friend to let him know there was a booking error and payment didn't go through so they rightfully turned off the simulator - We both tried to rebook, but it wouldn't go through. Called customer service yet again, who basically said in Mandarin "what do you want me to do about it?".... so we left. - Have been playing on golf simulators for over a decade and have likely tried all the major operating systems in both automated and full service locations - Honestly at this price point, there are much better golf simulators within a 15 min drive - Really poorly run establishment. Agree with the other reviewers that 1 it can get really loud in there and there was only one other group playing 2 waste too much time trying to log onto app / software Full disclosure, wanted to stack the review coupons up to give this place anther try. No surprise that it didn't work, but there was also no mention in the T&Cs that coupons couldn't be stacked either. __________________ Feb 2023 - Fully automatic store with phone support available - Run Golf software requires WeChat account to save data - Auto tee on multi turf mat - 3 open bays only Right Hand, 1 bay in the back and 2 private rooms - Snack and drinks available through honour system QR payment - Minimum booking time is 1 hour, cannot just drop in for a quick 30 min session like other fully automated simulators offer - tried this location after receiving a flyer in the mail. The photos in the flyer do not represent the actual open bays at the Markham location. The photos on the flyer look more spacious and "luxurious" than in person - tried several time to sign into their app to analysis data but didn't work - washroom is not finished and seems like a safety issue with uneven flooring and gaps. No signage to indicate that washroom was under construction or prohibited - two locations currently, package deals available Unlikely to come again to Markham location for practice, but may consider private rooms with group.
4 out of 5. Would be 5 if you could adjust the height of the tee when you are teeing off. Also the platform could be bigger behind the ball. I like to stand behind the ball and pick my target but when you walk up to the ball to hit you have to step up onto the platform. Still loved it and will be doing it again

I have been coming here quite a lot to improve my golf skills. Simulators are good and easy to use. Would have been a 5 star if 2 things can be fixed. 1. Washroom is still not fully renovated after months of operation. 2. No Air conditioning in the summer. This is unacceptable. Come on, Toronto summer is hot and people are playing under the heat of all the lightings as well. Almost impossible to play here in the hot summer days.
The location is convenient for me with lots of parking. The access and setup is simple and quick. The place is bright and kept very clean. They replaced the balls it seems regularly. If issues arise the support is great.
Nice staffgood environmentvery new facility. I'll come with my friends again.
