Club Regent Casino

Went to play bingo with mother in law and her mother had a good time! Loved the free mocha's and bingo was kinda mindless took little to no effort just pressed a button and the computer searched my moves. Priced decent I think I played 15 sheets for 20$ and an extra 4$ got me playing extras in-between. So, for an evening out to be social with the girls and a chance to win money this was a good idea.

Things just keep getting worse and worse here. They got rid of the big progressive slots, and the majority of those "penny" machines they have now equate to $1- $2 per bet games. The staff are NOWHERE to be found when it comes to needing help on the floor, and not offering complimentary soft drinks just doesn't make any sense to me (every other Casino in the world offers at least this). They do offer free coffee, but it is in cups that only a 4 year old could appreciate. The only positive (and why I'm giving 3 stars) is the concert hall. It is state of the art, and total first class. The artists and bands they book are excellent, and the sound and seating is just awesome. Now if only the person who was in charge of creating that masterpiece of a theater was in charge of the rest of that Casino lol

Nice atmosphere. Exterior renovations are finished. There is now a new large parking structure. I always enjoy my time there. There are multiple bingo times everyday and they also have a club card program that has lots of nice little perks

Wow, what a nice clean renovation! The theater where we went had an awesome stage and great performance. Staff are friendly and attentive. Everything is clean and well taken care of. We will return to Club regent for the shows and stay for the great dinner.

Constantly under construction with huge areas closed off. The construction takes forever. Hope long did they have the front entrance closed for? 2 Winters! And it looks the same. Now they've taken a year to build a parkade. Seriously, considering a casino is basically a licence to print money you'd think they could do a bit better. Also the free coffee is terrible and they don't have free pop like other casinos.
