Bird Shop & Aquariums

The bird section just broke my heart! The cockatoo was sitting alone in a small cage with 1 bad perch, the perch is very rough on its feet! The macaws looked sick and the sun counres were always fluffed up! The finches were in a cage together but there were to many finches in that cage! Some of the other birds looked sick and uncared for. Yes I am a bird expert and I know when birds are sick, uncomfortable or not cared for! The cages were so messy and empty. If a store is gonna have birds they need to take care of them! 😾

Parrots are not in good health. Unclean environment. Beak and feather issues (mites). Birds are filthy. Owner plays down the idea of taking on a behavioral parrot. First timers should be provided the truth otherwise they won't have a good experience with their feather baby and may lead to reselling them. These pets live long and deserve better treatment than what this family is doing. I'm going to report them.

1 star the staff can come here and explain it but they wont convince me. first off the attempt of knowing all your products is poor trying to push sale is poor store is a disaster prices on some of these fish are insane. I have been to stores all over Canada and the u.s and am familiar with different places I can honestly say they rank among some of the poorest quality stores I have seen. google says do a review so here is my 2 cents time to clean up a little bit and make it a store a past comment about age lol silliest thing ive heard age is nothing ive been in old buildings that are pet stores and they are amazing inside and organized if you claim you are organized that's funny. I wish it had a -5 star selection that would be my choice. SHOP ELSWERE people. I cant say about years ago but from what I see now FAIL

The owners are sooo rude and thier tanks are soo gross. Poor fish. Ill never go back. This is animal abuse

Kool place not many left like it all my pets purchased from there shop have lived many years no prob n friendly informative family feelin staff
