Club Monaco Edmonton City Centre

Well, I was in the City Centre Club Monaco had placed an order and provided all my details, the girl there was fabulous. I had my debit card, however was unable to purchase because they required a credit card. I told her I worked near by so I would return, but then thought to call her as I had already provided my details. Called in talked to Patrick, he stated that he could not take my card information over the phone as he needed to verify information. I don't understand what he was going to verify as it was an order being placed online and I could do it from home and the website verifies everything the only thing ordering in store was doing was saving me shipping. Plus I had gone in a week before and another manager at this location said it shouldn't be an issue. I will not come to this location to shop, if they can't work with long time customers that are already in their system, I don't know how they will deal with new customers.

I've been shopping at city center for years. I've often stopped at club monico becuase I love the style. But I've never purchased anything because this service has always been stand off ish. To me service is everything as I am a restaurant manager. I stopped by a few days ago to browse as I usually do never buy though. As i was browsing i was approached my Patrick. 10 years of going into the store and I've never had better service. He wasnt just a customer service rep. He cared. He was genuine. He asked me questions and made me feel so comfortable. I purchased a few items with the help of Patrick. Thanks Patrick you were amazing!

Small little store nestled away in city center. Staff was very friendly. Not a whole lot of options for men but it had the basics. Shirts were 60 - 80$ and pants range from 80-110$ bumpin chill music in the store which I always like. Didnt end up buying anything as nothing seemed to fit my style. Perhaps if there were more options to look at. Spent approx. 5-10min in as thats all thats needed if you know what your looking for.

Some decent stores and really the only shopping options for downtown. Some lower scale stores for what is expected but hopefully with the renovation and expansion of the ice district they will attract some trendier retailers.
