Talbots

Went to do an exchange yesterday. My slippers were a gift but a size too small. A very nice lady helped me with the exchange. She also helped manage my demanding toddlers expectations and won her over with chocolate. Everyone in Talbots was very helpful and made us feel welcomed. They really wowed me.

My wife came here to look at the clothes as we were shopping at the Edmonton City Centre Mall. She likes the styles and colours of the clothing. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is well lit and clean. My wife enjoyed her visit to this location and has stopped here a few times over the years and will come again

Fresh styles beautifully displayed. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The store is immaculate and well designed to showcase their wares. A great return policy as well.

This store runs the gamut of sizes from petite to extra large. One of few stores in the city that may provide working women ages 26 to 45+ yrs old quality material, service, and workmanship. Yes, the price tags on some items are higher on average but you get what you pay for: good investment pieces if and when the store has a sale going on. Their tight basket weaves with wool and construction of cotton are substantially hardy to last the wearer 5+ yrs and their embroidery is simplistic and charming. Barely any pilling, stray threads, or discolorations or tears. Style may be best described as a fusion between American and British with houndstooth print, paisleys, and eye lit pieces. Good for office workers, gardeners, and people who work in small businesses or travel as after work hour wear or casual work attire or at summer BBQs and cottage getaways. Pieces from this retailer with proper care can outlast many of the fast fashion stores. I do not advise people who do not know anything about textiles and clothing to purchase from this store as lack of proper care may ruin these clothes easily.

My mom loves Talbot's. It's always awkward needing to buy something from a women's clothing store for her. But these ladies are the best customer service representatives I have ever had the pleasure to talk to. Ever since the Bay closed in this mall, it seems like Talbot's is the only clothing store left on the West side retail of Edmonton City Center. Wish you guys the best!

I have only done a phone order with this particular Talbots but the staff I dealt with wonderful! So friendly and helpful. Well done ladies!

Staff very helpful. Has decent plus size section. The sales are terrific. On the downside, could use another handicapped accessible change room and a plus size petite section if they had the room. If you order online, be prepared to pay duty.

Always love Talbots. Fantastic selection of work and play clothes for women and girls. Well made and attractive. No problem with fitting and sizes. Wish there was one in South Edmonton too.

Very nice shop with some excellent sales! Found a few gems while I was here and the staff were so lovely!
