I must admit that this store is fantastic because they have a large selection of loungewear and friendly staff. Prices begin with an affordable range.

I mean, we found what we wanted. Staff was too busy talking about how head office was slacking on sending them their gift cards. Asked us if we needed help after we had our items in hand. Then said "oh, you're just so quick" No, we have been in the store for at least 5 minutes. No hello, when we entered. Then upon check out, they were both standing around talking, again. So we walked over to where they we're, put our stuff down and FINALLY they looked up and acknowledged us and said, "nope, over here" and pointed to another till. Rating a 3 because we did get what we came for however, the customer service was poor and unprofessional.

One of the most organized La Senza locations I have been to- even their clearance section!! The ladies were super friendly.

Not the greatest service.. went there Sept 13 around 6- 7 PM and not one person acknowledged me while all standing around. One girl I believe she was Filipino helped me out after I asked and she was great, but they didn't have the size I was looking for. They sent me to LA Vie En Rose, which I'm sure they do for everyone.. which is fine, the customer service there is amazing, they are all willing to help, and I found what I was looking for! You are losing money to your competition!

There seems to almost always be a large sale at this location! Like on top of a sale. It's great with lots of inventory of bras, panties, pajamas and swim wear! They unfortunately do not carry scents anymore so if your looking for Love spell your out of luck...sad panda! VS does still carry it though fyi

I hate bra shopping but the girls in this location are super helpful and patient! the associate that helped me measured me and made me comfortable eventhough she has to go back & forth to grab different sizes and styles. This store is so big and has lots of sales going on! they just made bra shopping easy and less stressful!Thank you from a very satisfied customer

Had an amazing visit today. The staff is super friendly and went above and beyond in re to customer service. Good deals as well. Girl with the awesome pink glittery eyeshadow so sorry I don’t remember your name!! explained the membership benefits in detail. Thanks ladies!!

Staff are friendly and helpful. The items here are good quality, but pricey as most places for underwear are. I come shopping here mostly when there are sales as the sales here are great. Popping in once in a while you may find some good deals that aren't advertised, like cheap underwear and bras.

Saturday July 9th 2022 I came into the store near closing time. I was in a bit of panic as I was rushing because I was last minute shopping for a friend’s bachelorette party that evening. The girls there were so incredibly kind and helpful. Even though I was in a mad panic they made me feel confident everything would be okay. I absolutely love shopping at this location because the employees are so nice and sweet. Thank you to the ladies who helped me. Looking forward to shopping here again!

First good experience at Senza. Staff were so friendly and the store fully stocked. I will come back for sure
