Rude, not professional, completely lost. This has got to be the worst customer service experience of my life. The 2 woman sitting at the reception on their butt's should not be working there. They were both upset at the questionsI asked and were turning around not to look at me. The nurse had no idea what to do with my samples I brought to her. Very Poor Service
Staff was welcoming and friendly as soon as I walked in was greeted and was told where to go for sign in and was called fast and the blood test was done all told I was probably in the clinic for less the 15 minutes
I know we are in a precedent time, but the staff could make an effort in caring for people more.
