Extremely rude and Inconsiderate. After reading the review here and seeing That I'm not the only one I Had to say it. I arrived on time to the clinic and looked for the doctor's office. After asking every single person in the building where the office is, they told me that they have moved a clinic a week ago Which they didn’t even bother to notify me ahead. So I had to go back to the car and rush to the new clinic. On my way there 15 minutes late already they told me that they have to cancel because I'm late. the receptionist was extremely rude and barely said any words in English. She canceled the appointment on me, wasn’t even willing to hear the reason I'm late. after waiting for 2 weeks, after paying the deposit, after moving to a completely different location and didn’t even offer me a refund. Over all, stay away if you want to get treated respectfully. Unbelievable.

I’m the one that had to call a week and a half later for my test results. The secretary was so rude to me because I was an English-speaking person but meanwhile I did speak French. She had told me that the doctor didn’t even look at my file yet! And that she would give it to him the next day so that means the secretary or secretaries never even gave him the file. So if I hadn’t called God knows when they would’ve called me! I would give this a -5 stars if I had the choice I would give this a -5 stars if I had the choice. Nearly impossible to get through on the phone, have to call 20+ times just to sit on hold. They’re not utilizing any online appointment booking websites either. Their “walk-in” clinic, which is only for registered patients, is always full. The doctors are good but the administration is terrible!
I went there once, my dentist was bilingual. However, the receptionists don't speak English, it caused me a lot of trouble understanding how to proceed with my prescription.
