My experience was great. Made an appointment through the rvsq.gouv website for the next day. Secretary didn't speak English well but tried her best, waited about 20~ minutes til I saw the doctor. Nurse and doctor were considerate. Major thank you to Daniel for taking the time to understand my problem before giving me the correct medication ! Would definitely recommend.

Great place, I had a good experience, took my appointment on Telus Santé website and i was seen rapidly when i arrive, staff, nurse and doctor are professional, competent.

Amazing experience. We waited only one hour and Dre Manon Lefebvre was worth waiting for! Amazing doctor. She explained patiently and thoroughly to my 22 year old son what his problem was and I was more than satisfied. Clinic is clean and organized. I would recommend it to anyone in need of a quick consult. I got the appointment within one hour of consulting Bonjour santé and saw Dre Lefebvre the next day.

Do yourself a favor, DONT GO HERE. If your sick, you'll have a better success walking to the GLEN or Jewish. Yes, WALK... That's how bad this place is. Parents waiting from 1 pm until 5 pm with their sick kids in their arms, the doctor is more concerned giving you a speech about COVID and why you should be checked on a regular basis even if you dont have it then helping you... and the customer service. Well... none existant. I regret coming here.

The secretary was very helpful and the doctor was extremely helpful. I am English and they tried to work with me. I would have never got this service where I live. In Montreal-Est

I wouldn't give this a one star! I called for assistance, the woman on the phone could not be anymore rude or arrogant. I simply asked to make an appointment for tomorrow or the following day and all she knew how to do was cut me off and simply say we are complete. So disturbed by this customer service. If she has no more patience, not our problem. I would reconsider before calling this place for a SIMPLE appointment.

You can book a rendez-vous quite quickly

I would’nt even give one star for this clinic, they have very bad service! I booked an appointment online, i arrived 5 mins before my time. They let me wait for 3 hours to see the doctor! The clinic rooms are very small, and dirty! I will not go to this clinic anymore

When you can barely have an apt once a year for your kid with the family doctor... the schedule is NEVER open!
