GMF MÉDI-CENTRE CHOMEDEY

Very polite and efficient. Of the few times I've been there, I've only had 1 bad experience. The secretary is always very nice and helpful. I've seen 4 doctors there and 3 of them were awesome. Best clinic in Laval!

One of the worst clinic i have ever seen in my life. Very bad and rude client service . They had a service that pay there like 4 dollars and could go back your home or work and they send you a message when your turn is approaching closer. I received a message that i have 4 patients ahead of me at 12 pm. I got there at 12.15 pm and started waiting . people were coming , entering and leaving but no one ever called me i waited till 3.30 pm and started complaining and the answer i got from secretary was that they never know when is your turn. Urgencies come first. My question is if i received a message 4 patients ahead of at 12 pm and in 3 hours they just saw 3 people? No it was not tee case they a lot of patients and i kept waiting. After that they call my name finally and in the room also i waited 30 minutes more and except a nurse who came to say that soon a doctor will check me and took my blood pressure and left. So i got upset and left without being attended by the doctor. Do not recommend.

a terrible clinic, the receptionist is racist and doesn't respond well if you start speaking to her in English. Just from waiting in the waiting room, i've noticed her rude and non-welcoming attitude towards several patients who were speaking english or were of color. worst clinic in laval, in addition to racism, the wait time is not worth it at all. You can schedule an appointment online only to go and wait there two extra hours past your appointment time to be called in... it's just ridiculous!

The service is very bad you wait hours even though you're there before the opening and when a doctor finally sees you she doesnt even examine you and says take tylenol..two days later i went to the hospital and they told me i have pneumonia..the doctor was so careless she spent 2 minutes with me and see where it got me...
